Peaches, Office Manager
Peaches came to Furry Friends in 2016 from a client who could no longer care for her. She moved around quite a bit, but has finally found her calling as the Office Manager of Furry Friends Mobile Vet. Peaches has 8 years of experience in begging, napping, and butt rubs. She also takes a special interest in catnip toys and bird watching.
Donna, Practice Manager
Donna has been with Furry Friends Mobile Vet since it's inception in 2013. Having worked in 2 other animal hospitals, Donna brings a wealth of experience. After working with Dr. Dave & helping to establish the house call veterinary practice, Donna realizes this niche in veterinary medicine provides clients & their pets a less stressful way to receive veterinary care. This especially holds true for humane euthanasia. Donna feels blessed to have such a wonderful career helping animals. In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks with her dog Darla.
Brenda, Head Veterinary Technician
Brenda has been working in the veterinary field for over 15 years. Although the first half of her career was in veterinary dentistry, her true passion is focusing on the human animal bond. Since joining furry friends mobile vet, Brenda has been able to accomplish this. While not at work, Brenda enjoy spending her time on the farm with the goats border collies ducks cats and family.
Krissy, Veterinary Technician/Receptionist
Krissy has been doing rescue, foster and charity work with Animal Birth Control Inc. since she was 12. She has a love for all animals great and small but has a special fondness for ones with medical or behavioral problems.
Randi, Veterinary Technician
Randi worked in another veterinary clinic for a year before joining the staff at FFMV. She is also a Certified Veterinary Technician from OCC. Randi has had her own professional certified pet sitting business for over a year, and volunteers for a cat and dog rescue. In her free time, Randi enjoys spending time at home with her four rescued cats.
Jenna, Veterinary Technician
Jenna has been a veterinary technician for over 6 years, working at various practices and specializing primarily in surgery and hospitalized care. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science at Ramapo College of New Jersey and is currently studying to become certified in the state of New Jersey. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 4 year old rescue dog, Dori, and her 17 year old cat, Garfunkel. She also likes to do yoga, play music, and spend time outdoors.
Jayme, Veterinary Technician
Jayme has been in the veterinary technician field over 5 years. She grew up with dogs and cats, but the real reason why she decided she needed to work with animals is because of her hearing loss. She felt that animals do so much for us humans, such as guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf, therapy dogs/cats for veterans and those who struggle with depression that she needed to do something to give back for those dogs/cats. In her spare time, Jayme enjoys working out, napping and being outside with her family, friends and her furbabies.
Katie, Veterinary Technician/Office Staff
Katie has always had a fondness for animals and volunteered at the Jersey Shore Animal Center as soon as she was old enough. Katie is a sophomore at Penn State University majoring in Animal Science. In her free time, she enjoys singing and spending time with her Havanese.
Barbara, Veterinary Technician/Office Staff
Barbara has always had a passion for animals. Ten years ago she did a 3-year apprenticeship learning dog training. She learned & taught classes from basic puppy, advanced obedience, agility, scent work, tracking,search and rescue, protection and behavior modification. Barbara is currently an AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator.
Brett, Veterinary Student/Technician
Brett grew up in the Freehold area of NJ and is a veterinary student at University of Pennsylvania. He has over 14 years of technical experience and over 20 years in equine husbandry and riding. Brett takes great pleasure in providing the best and most relaxing veterinary experience in the comfort of your home! When a rare moment of free time comes along, you can find him outdoors, riding horses, at the SPCA, and challenging himself to learn more.
Brittany Wallin, Veterinary Technician
Brittany graduated from Camden County College in 2016 with an associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She has been working as a veterinary technician since 2015 and plans on becoming a certified technician soon. Growing up, Brittany juggled between becoming a human nurse or working with animals. As she got older, she decided to combine the two passions and pursue a career as a veterinary technician. Brittany is currently fostering kittens for a rescue group and has a pit/boxer mix named Remy.
Sean Templeton, Veterinary Technician/ Problem Solver
Sean was raised in up state New York before moving to New Jersey when he was 11 . He lived on a national park where his love for animals and the outdoors started. Sean has some great experience as he worked in Manhattan as a Pet Chauffeur before. We hired Sean as a Vet Tech, yet we find him doing anything from marketing for Furry Friends or office renovations. He is our jack of all trades. In his free time Sean likes to explore the outdoors, smile, and experience everything life has to offer.
